All domestic orders up to 13oz are ship by First Class Mail.
Orders over 13oz are ship Priority Mail Flat Rate Box or Envelope.
International orders are ship Priority Mail International flat rate box or envelope.
Domestic orders can be track on USPS site.
Once the item is shipped you will receive tracking number from PayPal.
International orders can not be tracked on USPS site. It will only show date and time of shipment been accepted at post office.
Once the package leave U.S.A. it will not show where is at international destination.
Usually ships in 24 hours excluding holidays. During holidays Post Office is closed. Any order placed before 10AM PST ships the same day.
Orders placed Fridays after 10AM PST ships Monday.
No, we do not include invoice with any shipment. Once you order has been placed you can easy print your invoice.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
No, lingerie and hosiery are personal items and can not be returned. If the item is defective it will be replaced. For replacement, please see terms.
